We are looking to recruit a part – time Finance Assistant to support the work of our Finance Department.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This role is responsible for supporting the Bell View Group’s Finance and resources services. Working with the Finance Manager and other team members, the post-holder will ensure the charity functions effectively and has long term financial viability and sustainability by ensuring that all financial records and information are kept up to date providing bookkeeping services to the Bell View Group to include:
sales invoicing, credit control, purchase ledger processing, payroll, pensions and bank reconciliations, maintaining grant income and expenditure records, maintaining gift aid records and the preparation of gift aid claims, reconciliation of petty cash accounts, processing and payment of staff and volunteer expenses.
Working with other team members to ensure that all information is prepared and submitted to meet statutory and other deadlines.
