Tina Phelan
Resource Centre Co-ordinator

Tina has lived in the Seahouses area for over 22 years, moving from the Midlands to bring up her young family in the beautiful coastal environment.  She has family connections here going back several generations and so knew the area well.

Whilst working part time in the local Post Offices Tina returned to study and qualified as AAT with the Open University. She then took up the post of Finance & Administration Officer at Bell View in Belford, which gave her an insight into working for the Voluntary sector.

Tina joined the Trust as Resource Centre Co-ordinator in April 2005.

Peter Stonell

Peter lives in Pegswood (near Morpeth) and was looking for a couple of days work to supplement his accountancy practice,  saw the job in Seahouses, applied and the rest is history. Having trained as an accountant in local government, Peter then worked for 35 years in the voluntary sector with the Boys’ Brigade and Relate (formerly marriage guidance).  More recently he had been general manager & accountant with a kitchen design and fitting company for eight years.

Appointed in March 2006, Peter has brought the knowledge and experience he has gained throughout his working life to the service of the trust and people in Seahouses.  Indeed his commitment is such that he recently bought a caravan in Bradford Kames to facilitate his time at Seahouses!
