Home Community Business Development
We have two rooms available for meetings, the Conference Room and the Sunlounge.

The Conference Room is now located at the Sports and Community Centre. It is the largest meeting facility that we have available, which can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people. The tables and chairs can be arranged to suit individual requirements. Additionally there is a flipchart and whiteboard, and a laptop, projector, radio/CD player, or other items can be supplied for your convenience.Tea/coffee making facilities are available in the adjacent kitchen.

The room is used one day a week by the Pottergate Group. Other agencies such as Citizens Advice Bureau, Northumberland College, NNTA and the AONB use the room on a regular basis.

Free and ample parking is available on the Sports Centre premises.

The Resource Centre reception rooms are also available for meetings or community outreach sessions. The two rooms can be extended into one open plan area and there is a fully connected computer suite with networking and an internet broadband connection. Various teaching aids and Tea/coffee making facilities are also available.

We are pleased to be able to offer the use of our recently refurbished Sunlounge. This is an extremely pleasant small meeting facility accommodating up to eight people. The room is furnished with comfortable sofas and two small meeting tables, which along with upright chairs enables the room to be used for a variety of purposes. At present there are many in-house meetings held here by the Trust, but the Sunlounge is also used by the Union Language School for smaller private teaching requirements as well as by Business Link for their one-to-one business advice sessions. Public access broadband internet is available on new laptops in the Sunlounge. Tea/coffee making facilities are available in the kitchen leading to the Sunlounge. Should you require any additional use of the kitchen facilities, arrangements can be made.
