Seahouses is located on the North Northumberland coast, roughly halfway between Newcastle and Edinburgh.

By car: Seahouses is on the B1340, 15 minutes from the A1. It takes roughly 1 hour to drive here from Newcastle, or 1.5 hours from Edinburgh.

By train: The nearest station is at Chathill (5 miles away), but this service is very limited. It is more convenient to use the East Coast Main Line stations of Alnmouth or Berwick-upon-Tweed. Then take a bus or taxi to complete the journey.
