The Seahouses Community Hub provides a full-sized sports hall, 10 m x 20 m in dimensions, a smaller meeting room and kitchen and changing facilities. Outside there are two tennis courts, which can also be used for 5-a-side football and basketball; the courts are floodlit.
 There is also a bowling green operated by Seahouses Bowling Club . Facilities at the Seahouses Community Hub, formerly North Sunderland and Seahouses Sports and Community Centre, are managed by the Development Trust and for bookings, membership or other queries please contact us at the Seahouses Resource Centre.
Two types of membership – for clubs or for individuals – are available. Membership of the Community Hub gives significant discounts on hire charges for the use of facilities. Anyone who uses the facilities regularly throughout the year will make considerable savings. Individual membership fee is £10 per year and £5 for juniors. For groups of over 20 people the fee is £100 per year. For groups of less than 20 people the charge is £75.
