Cliff House Cottages – Seahouses four 1-bedroomed cottages sleeping 2 each, in the old quarter, stone built, comfortably furnished with every home comfort. Outside space and off road parking for 1 car.

Kipper Cottage – Seahouses, again in the old quarter, part of a converted smoking yard close to the harbour. 2 bedroomed off road parking.

The Haven – Beadnell. Beautiful 2 bedroom dormer-style bungalow with stunning sea views from all living rooms and bedrooms. Pets welcome, enclosed garden. Beach 50 yards.

Powderhouse – Seahouses, one of the oldest properties in the old quarter, 2 bedroomed. Sleeps 4. Tastefully furnished with log burning stove. Garden, childrens play area. No pets.

The Penthouse, Beadnell House – Beadnell – Stunning top floor apartment with views from the Cheviots to the Farne Islands and all points between from spacious balcony. 5 Gold Award. 5 mins walk from beach, spacious comfortable space. No pets.

Hastings Dairy and Masons Cottage, 2 properties in Seahouses under same ownership, both sleep 4 people. Have recently been renovated. Masons is on the harbourside, Hastings Dairy in North Sunderland.

Clamshell Cottage – Seahouses adjacent to Powderhouse 2 bedroomed sleeps 6, together with Powderhouse can be booked for 10. Garden, childrens play area. No Pets.

179 Main Street – Seahouses in the quieter inland quarter about three-quarters of a mile from the Harbour – a flat walk of approx 15 minutes. 2 bedrooms sleeps 6 . No pets. Off Road Parking.

St. Ebbas Peep – Beadnell, lovely end of terrace courtyard 3 bedroomed property with enclosed private courtyard and parking for 2 cars. Ground floor bedroom and bathroom. Well equipped and furnished throughout. 5 mins from beach. Welcomes families and dogs.

Pebbles Cottage – Beadnell, 2 bedroom bungalow, quiet location, garden, off road parking.

Coble Cottage – Beadnell, next to St Ebbas, a 4 bedroomed property with enclosed private courtyard and parking for 2 cars. Ground floor bedroom and bathroom. Well equipped and furnished throughout. 5 mins from beach. Welcome families, sorry no dogs in this one.

Poachers Retreat – North Sunderland, Seahouses. 3 bedrooms (super king or twins) great location everything in easy walking distance. Private enclosed garden. Dogs go free. Parking on site. Internet Access. Can be booked with Hastings House for larger groups.

Hastings Cottage – North Sunderland, sleeps 6, enclosed garden, off road parking, dogs welcome. Short walk to centre of Seahouses. Wood burning stove. Lovely decor.

Railston Cottage – North Sunderland, Seahouses. Lovely 3 bedroom 3 bathroom cottage with easy access ground floor bedroom and wet room. Beautifully finished with wood burning stove. Enclosed garden. No pets.

The Bothy, Beadnell – 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, stunning open plan lounge dining kitchen with flag stone floors and vaulted beamed ceiling. 5 Gold Award. Pets Welcome Award. Fully enclosed sunny courtyard garden. Internet access. Private parking for 2 cars.

Taylors Apartment, Beadnell House – 2 bedroomed sleeps 5, quality apartment on 1st floor of Georgian Mansion Beadnell House 5 Gold award. High ceilings and traditional features. Families and pets welcome.

Coastguard Cottage – Bamburgh, another Wow factor property set in the dunes under the magnificent Castle. 4 bedrooms 3 bath/shower rooms sleeps 8, recently refurbished with all modern convenience and takes dogs too. Internet access and parking.

Chesterdene House – Waren Mill Nr. Bamburgh. 4 bedrooms, Mezzanine double sofa bed. Sleeps up to 10 cot. Excellent location, lovely gardens close to Budle Bay. Ideal for families and friends, Log burner, Internet access, good car parking. Pets welcome.

Hastings House – Seahouses – our flagship property, 5 bedroomed, 5 bathrooms an ideal property for families or friends getting together, interest groups or business looking for a corporate bolthole. Sleeps up to 11 in flexible rooms which can be superkingsize, doubles or twins. Great living, dining and catering accommodation too with log burning stoves, a wet weather games room and a HOT TUB!!! Internet access. Parking. Enclosed garden. 5 Gold Award, Pets Welcome Award, Families Welcome Award, Cyclists Welcome Award.

Seacot – Beadnell, – great holiday house with direct access to the dunes and Beadnell Bay. Sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms, with ground floor bedrooms and bathroom. Log burner, internet access, enclosed garden and accepts pets. Always been a family holiday house and is offered as such.

Holmeside – Longbeach, Beadnell. Large 5 bedroom house sleeping 9 cots. Every modern convenience, spacious, quality living. Family holiday home, 10 minutes walk to Beadnell Bay, excellent parking. Enclosed garden great for kids and pets.

The Vicarage – Beadnell – 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, traditional kitchen with AGA, lovely house with tasteful features, ideal family or friends, sleeps 10 . 1 well behaved dog welcomed. Only 5 mins from beach. Great base to explore the area.

Sunshine House – Seahouses – a magnificent modern property just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, sleeps up to 10 people in a spacious 5 bedrooms, lovely living accommodation, huge garage which doubles as a play room and storage area for sports equipment, or drying area for walking/dive gear. Pets accepted.

Spindlestone Mill – 4 apartments and a large cottage, sleeps 2 – 36. Ideal for gathering for special occasions, and can be booked individually for smaller numbers. A large atrium enables seated dining for up to 36 if required. Brilliant for families and friends getting together, dogs welcome in 2 of the properties.

Topcliffe – Beadnell – 3 bedroom cottage, sea views, sleeps 5.  Pets welcome.  Beach 50 yards.

Powderhouse-Seahouses – One of the oldest properties in the old quarter, 2 bedroomed, sleeps 4.  Tastefully furnished with log burning stove.  Gardens, childrens play area.  No Pets.

Lynsford – Seahouses – 3 bedroom semi detached house in village centre, enclosed garden, welcomes dogs.

Bega’s Bead – Seahouses. again in the old quarter, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, private enclosed courtyard, off road parking.

Wamsas Studio- Seahouses.  studio apartment overlooking the harbour and out to sea.  Refurbished, but retaining original features.  Sleeps 2, accepts dogs, parking space.

Aloha Cottage – Seahouses.  A cottage in the heart of the residential area of the village.  Sleeps 3-4 in 2 bedrooms. Recently refitted.  Children and dogs welcome, secure garden.

Old School House – Bamburgh.  A family holiday cottage in the centre of the village close to the castle, beaches, pubs and restaurants.  Sleeps up to 6 in 2 bedrooms.  Dog friendly, wi-fi and parking.

Harvest Home – near Seahouses.  Country location, 2 storey barn conversion.  Sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms.  Log burner, wi-fi, garden and parking.  Children and 1 dog welcome.

Summerhouse Cottage – Beadnell.  Semi detached bungalow in a quiet residential area near to beach and amenities.  Sleeps 4, children and dogs welcome.  Enclosed rear garden and parking.

Portland – Beadnell.  Beautifully designed 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached seafront home with great views.  Near to beach and local amenities.  Children and dogs welcome.  Enclosed rear garden, parking and wi-fi.

Bayside Cottage – Budle Bay, near Bamburgh.  A homely, relaxing stone barn conversion.  Sleeps 6.  Enclosed rear garden with views of the bay, parking, wi-fi.  No pets.

Millkeeper’s Cottage – Spindlestone, near Bamburgh.  A delightful cottage in a stunning development.  Sleeps up to 10, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  Log burner, wi-fi, garden with raised deck area, parking.  Children and dogs welcome.

Lynsford – Beadnell.  Cosy 2 bedroomed bungalow in a quiet location.  Ideal for couples or small family.  Sleeps up to 3 adults.  Enclosed rear garden, parking, close to beach and local amenities.  Children, pets and smoking are not accepted.
